Marwa Ali - Monkey Puzzle Nursery
/Marwa’s journey began with her volunteer work at a local Arabic school, where she supported a Primary One class to read and write in Arabic. This early experience sparked her passion for child development and care, leading her to pursue a Modern Apprenticeship.
“I feel like I have done well and really proud of myself and enjoyed This a lot. Thanks to Jacqui and Leanne and Natalie for all your help.”
After a successful interview with L&G Learning, Marwa handed in her leavers form to school and left at the end of 5th year. Alana set up a trial day at Monkey Puzzle Nursery who have been an outstanding supporter of Modern Apprenticeships over the years, and was offered the job on the same day.
It was clear early in the Apprenticeship that Marwa was finding her feet and applying the skills learned through the SVQ 3. She continually received good reports within the review forms and went on to achieve the Apprenticeship in 13 months.
In her final review Leeanne, Manager at Monkey Puzzle, said:
“We are proud of Marwa for her hard work throughout the qualification, She has really developed in confidence as she got further in to the qualification.”
Marwa’s Assessor, Jacqui, was proud to see her qualify saying:
“I have seen real progress over the last few months, this is down to Marwa’s commitment and focus on the Apprenticeship. Well done Marwa”
Her learning journey doesn’t stop here! Marwa has now secured a place at college to continue her studies in the Social Care sector, taking her next big step toward an even brighter future.
Wishing you all the best in your next chapter Marwa!
