Our assessors are fully qualified, experienced, passionate and committed to ensuring your staff are equipped to provide a first-class service.
We make full use of the assessment planning process to identify assessment tasks, provide support, specific and detailed learning and development guidance and review their progress. Working closely with you, as employer, providing regular feedback, quarterly review of progress and including you in the assessment planning process generates and establishes a partnership approach to delivery and achievement.
We provide fortnightly candidate/assessor one to one sessions to build a relationship with the candidate, work to their strengths, develop knowledge and practice to qualified Practitioner standards. We are committed to our candidates and employers and will never miss a session. A thorough induction, assessment of prior formal and informal learning, an understanding of the candidate’s learning style and learning needs will be used to provide a learner centred approach to delivery, learning and assessment. Our user-friendly electronic portfolio securely stores candidate evidence, assessment plans, units, feedback and guidance. It is environmentally friendly, accessible, instantly tracks progress and facilitates communication between the assessor and candidate.
